Brightlight Welding & Manufacturing has been Bay Area based for 40 years. Started in 1974 by Alfred Suarez, The Company began as a small shop with two employees. Steve Condos purchased it in 1994. Over the years, Steve purchased new equipment, built his customer base and expanded. True to Steve’s vision the company has always offered excellent quality, fast turn-a-round and outstanding service. In 2013, Helena Weiss-Duman and Dan Duman purchased it. Continuing the tradition, Brightlight is committed to manufacturing precision products, delivered on time. BLW now employs 20 people and operates in 14.000 square feet.
